A climbing-spec carabiner is used to provide easy-access closure, an addition made after Epperson Mountaineering's own Mino Makanishi used an original design on his personal expeditions. Four external pockets store electronic necessities.
A classy update on the 1970s back pack, in Cordura nylon so that the bag is scuff and abrasion resistant, whether your Day Pack is on a forest hiking trail, or navigating the daily urban jungle. Robust YKK zips enclose a 24 litre main compartment. Loops and straps, including those to carry extra bits and pieces, are in military grade webbing.
