UK Returns Policy

FREE RETURNS on all mainland UK orders.

Please notify us of your wish to return your purchase by emailing returns@opumo.com. We will then email a Returns Authorisation Number and a link to create a pre-paid returns label. Fix the label to the package and drop it at any Post Office.

You must return your package to us within 14 days to be eligable for a refund or exchange.       

Please ensure that the goods are packaged in such a way as to avoid damage either in the same or similar packaging as they were received in.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition otherwise they will not be refunded or exchanged in any circumstances.

Please note items available on 'pre-order' cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

We will refund the full value of your order (minus shipping costs if applicable) within 2 working days of receipt of the returned package. Where payment has been made by credit or debit card, we will refund the payment to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. 

International Returns Policy

At Opumo we take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. Every product is inspected to the highest possible quality standards before dispatch. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.

The customer is responsible for any costs associated with the return shipment and for any loss or damage to the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. We recommend using a secure, insured and trackable postage method. Please retain proof of sending for your records.

Delivery Information

We use UPS or DHL for international deliveries and DPD and Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Deliveries can be tracked and need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address (not necessarily the addressee).

We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after an order is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched we will send an email confirming this. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

United Kingdom 

Free DPD Next Working Day for all orders over £50.

Please note orders placed on working days before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the same day and benefit from the next working day service. 

EU

Free recorded delivery for orders over £300 (or equivalent) by DHL or UPS.

Rest of World

Free recorded delivery for orders over £400 (or equivalent) by DHL or UPS.

Russia

Opumo is an official exporter to the Russian Federation through DHL or UPS - please contact us on support@opumo.com if you have any questions.

Umbrellas

Umbrella orders are dispatched by DHL or UPS - for orders outside of the UK pricing is calculated at checkout.

Risk

The Goods will be at our risk until delivery. Once the goods have been signed for the risk (of loss, damage etc) shall then passes to the customer.

Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Goods, including delivery charges.

Tracking

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked service.

Import Duty

If you order Goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
