Freddie Grubb, the independent British bicycle brand which specialises in high-quality, easy-to-ride city bicycles, takes its name from the famous British cyclist who set a multitude of records on his single speed bike at the start of the 20th century, culminating in an Olympic Silver Medal in the 1912 games.
