Where are THIX products made?
THIX haircare products are formulated and produced in the UK.
Are THIX products suitable for vegans?
Yes, THIX is 100% Vegan.

Where does THIX deliver to?
Currently THIX only ships to UK mainland.
How much is postage?
Postage is £3.50 or free on orders over £30.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders received before 2pm will be sent on the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be sent on Monday. Delivery times are normally 2 - 4 working days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we can accept returns if within 30 days of purchase you’ve changed your mind and the bottle is still sealed and undamaged. We unfortunately can’t refund either the original or return shipping costs. Please get in touch with us by email hello@thixhair.com
My order has been damaged
