Lewis Fredericks offers time-honoured sunglass and optical frames fashioned from horn, the previously wasted by-product of the domesticated Buffalo, Ram and Ox.

Upon learning about the material’s lightweight, durable and idiosyncratic nature – with each horn bearing unique striated grains – founders Josh Bowden and Auguste Gruar were inspired to find an ethical source of high quality horn that they could save from the scrap heap. The result gives each pair of Lewis Fredericks glasses a completely unique, one-of-a-kind look and feel.
