The marriage of two great automotive minds. Boat specialists Riva teamed up with the iconic prancing horse of Ferrari, for an exclusive project to produce a speedboat that was fast, luxurious and strong. The result; the Riva Ferrari 32 Speedboat.
The stunning red hull within an accompanying carbon-fibre foil and extended transom was an outstanding concept for 1990. Despite the speedboat’s innovative nature, it remained loyal to both brand's expertise- conveying the heritage, sophistication and style of the two famous marques.
The Riva Ferrari 32 represented an inspiring, waterborne take on Ferrari’s Formula One proficiency, with the inclusion of a spoiler a dramatic example of the Italian’s irrefutable flair. Although conceived in 1990, the harmonious relationship of both brands has ensured that the boat remains elegant and unique even to this day.
Only forty of the sleek speedsters were created, all adorned in the iconic Ferrari red colour. With this featured Riva Ferrari Speedboat set to sail up to auction via RM Sotheby’s Monaco series on the 14th May 2016, presenting an unprecedented opportunity to own a boat steeped in motoring history.
Installed with two petrol 400hp V8 BPM Vulcano engines, with a top speed of 100kmh, the speedboat boasts superior power to compliment the stealth aesthetic. A truly majestic machine.
