Demonstrating the simplicity of design, Netherlands-based designer Marcel Ossendrijver creates minimal handmade accessories from his renowned collection of light fixtures, desks and tables.
Ossendrijver, who operates under the illusive studio name of M.OSS, specialises in refined and stylish designs, most beautifully displayed through his signature handmade lamp series. Combining contemporary pastel shades, blonde-hue wood, white cords and characterful linear designs, each individual lamp exudes a personality and charisma that supersedes their simplistic aesthetic.
Continuing to push the boundaries of light and subtle design, M.OSS Studio produce an eclectic range of interior accessories to blend exquisitely within a range of different interiors. Displayed in Ossendrijver’s latest concept; the ‘Vanity Lamp’, now available via Restored Amsterdam. Handcrafted from the finest materials, namely marble, wood and leather, the mirror lamp represents the aesthetic appeal of the troika of materials to remain subtle, succinct and delightfully versatile.
