Barcelona-based design studio Goula Figuera prove that ‘nature holds the key to our aesthetic, intellectual, cognitive and even spiritual satisfaction,’ with their latest creation; the Virade.
Taking its name from the Latin for green – ‘Virade’ is a collection of abstract luminaries that combine two elements of the domestic landscape: artificial lighting and vegetation.
In order to make caring for your indoor plants even easier, the studio marries the two typologies in one unique design to ensure that any plant can grow in any interior.
The Virade collection is comprised of three different models, each one specially designed for each specific plant morphology. All of them contain one or more LED panels with a colour scheme suitable for interiors and at the same time, convenient for the growth of the plant. The lights are also individually programmed to turn on and off periodically to ensure that each plant receives the most suitable amount of light.
