The CUPOLA Side Table takes its name from the cupolas that top cathedrals and palatial buildings around the world, and in a similar fashion, is crowned by a marble plate that appears to float on its aluminum collar and intersecting transparent glass components. The table’s aluminum collar is both constructive and decorative, while the glass components slice into each other to form a cross.
Based on the motto ‘what you see is what you get’, CUPOLA Side Table is constructed from high-end materials to be aesthetically elegant in its transparency. It plays tricks with conventionalism by turning gravity on its head, as the transparent elements form the heavy base, and the heavy element appears to float atop it.
CONNECTOR – Anodised aluminium in light grey / gold / black.
TABLE TOP – Matt honed Bianco Carrara marble / polished Nero Marquina marble / (special) matt honed Sea Pearl (grey) marble.
