’Tis the season for car auctions. Over the next few weeks, international renowned auction house RM Sotheby’s will be auctioning off some of the world’s most exclusive machines. Within a range of categories, cars of all ages, shapes, and sizes will find new owners at the sound of a hammer. Will you be one of them? To whet your appetite, here are four of the best classic cars that you’ll find on auction this season.
1982 BMW Alpina B7 Turbo Coupé
A wise man once said: “The boxier the better”, we think… This 1982 BMW is testament to that statement. With classic yellow headlights, and a smooth cream interior, this motor will be turning heads.
1995 Land Rover Range Rover
The ‘90s was an iconic period for cars. Still, this 1995 Land Rover garners a lot of attention from nostalgic fans or the clean cut silhouette.
1990 Rolls-Royce Corniche III
Rolls-Royce vehicles will always have a touch of class, but we think they used to have even more than a touch. This one has barrels of the stuff. The off-white paint job complete with red and white stripe mirrors the red and white leather interior. Don’t forget the tortoiseshell wooden detailing inside.
1996 Mercedes-Benz S 600 AMG Coupé
The best of both worlds: a retro exterior with an AMG monster under the bonnet. This car is not one to miss out on. All white exterior, excluding the golden Mercedes-Benz logo and V12 detailing behind the rear windows.
