Adidas have been applauded as the real innovators when it comes to producing some of the finest and most experimental sneaker releases over the last two years. And the brand's undulating source of innovation shows no signs of slowing. Beyond the unveiling of the all-new AW17 adidas sneaker, the adidas Fury this week – the iconic three stripes have introduced some new colourways to some of its most popular summer sneakers – including new iterations of the NMD-CS2, the Ultra Boost and Superstar 80s. Check out the latest releases from adidas below, and make sure you drop by the adidas sizing guide before you hit the checkout to ensure you cop the most comfortable pair possible.

adidas NMD_PK2 White

Like the CS2 NMD, the low-top NMD_PK2 has made its mark as the perfect summer sneaker courtesy of its crisp, clean design and fully woven upper. This all-white rendition – with a black heel tab – represents the 360 dimensions of adidas’ latest line of sneakers as the ribbed ankle collar and moulded rubber sole ensure that the sneakers are not only fair-weather ready but they can also be comfortably worn for running. But, perhaps it’s best to keep them for everyday wear, don’t you think?

adidas Parley White / Ice Blue Ultra Boost

Developed in collaboration with Parley of the Oceans, adidas has created another rendition of the ever-popular Ultra Boost; the Parley, in an exclusive white and ice blue colourway. It almost needs no introduction, such is the popularity of the Ultra Boost, as it is revered for being the sneaker with the perfect balance of design, functionality and sustainability. Made from yarn spun from recycled and reclaimed ocean plastic alongside boost™ cushioning, a rubber outsole and a full Adidas Primeknit upper.

adidas White / Orange EQT Support Ultra

With its roots in the origins of early 90’s Equipment running shoes, the adidas EQT Support series freshly interprets 1993 runner-influenced design in the spirit of today’s streetwear. This interpretation is styled in mesh with soft synthetic suede overlays and finished with a Continental rubber outsole. Of course, the 3 significant stripes feature prominently in a bold orange flash to the side of the silhouette.

adidas Crystal White Superstar 80s Clean

The adidas Superstar is another sneaker steeped in history as it was the first low-top leather sneaker ever created for basketball. The revolutionary sneaker has gone on to break new boundaries with the help of Run DMC and more recently, Pharrell Williams, and it has been handed another fresh update with this modern Crystal White version that shows off the soft, suede upper in a minty off-white colour hue. The iconic rubber toe cap also stays intact, while the 3-stripes are removed in favour of a discreet gold Superstar stamp to the side.

adidas BW Army

adidas have delved deep into the archives in order to resurrect the iconic BW Army sneaker. With no Primeknit uppers in sight, the BW Army is a sneaker that originally arrived back in the 1970’s a German army trainer for troops, and since then has gone on to act as inspiration for a number of other gum-sole sneakers, namely that of the Replica from Maison Margiela. Now, however, the low-top returns in tonal black and white colourways, both outfitted with leather uppers, suede overlays and the classic contrast gum sole.

adidas NMD_CS2 PK

Socks and sneakers are slowly morphing into one of the same, and adidas continue to be at the forefront of the movement with its signature Primeknit style – the NMD_CS2 PK. In fact, adidas Originals manage to mix the best out of the adidas archive with the NMD runner collection – a combination of Micro-engineered Boost and Primeknit upper technology to create this pair. The all-new colourways are available in light grey and black and feature a Japanese-inspired line pattern, woven throughout the upper with a striped collar and delicate embroidery to the side.
