Orange County CBD review
Orange County CBD offers everything from oils and edibles to skincare. For the purpose of this review, I'm focusing on one of the brand's bestselling products – its CBD oil.
The oil comes in 10ml, 30ml or 100ml, with strengths ranging from 500mg to the super high strength 25,000mg. Flavours include natural, mint, apple or cherry – I opted for the latter, with a strength of 1000mg.
This is a relatively low strength CBD oil made using broad-spectrum CBD, designed to provide a more mellow dose of CBD. Perfect for complete newbies or those with a little bit of experience using CBD (i.e. me!).
I mostly used the CBD oil at night, in order to help relax me before bed. As per the instructions, I took one pipette (approximately 20 drops) each night, hopped into bed and read for around half an hour before switching the lights out and nodding off. I've never been a great sleeper and while the oil certainly didn't cure me completely of my sleeping struggles, I definitely noticed that I felt slightly more rested when I woke up each morning.
I really enjoyed the subtle cherry flavour, which isn't as overpowering as the flavour of some other CBD oils I've tried. Plus, the pipette makes it super easy to use and to ensure I'm getting the correct dose. And the bottle is small enough to travel anywhere with!
If I were to try it again (which I intend to!), I would opt for a higher strength. Having tried the 1000mg version as a CBD novice, I'd be interested to give the 1500mg version a try, and would be keen to test out some of the other flavours too.
