Edwin has revealed an Autumn/Winter 2016 collection that showcases a contemporary mix of signature denim, innovative wash treatments and everyday basics to balance the modern with the traditional.
Dubbed ‘Vintage Modern’, the collection focuses on reworking archive styles by updating the most popular Edwin pieces with contemporary details; featuring premium quality fabrics and fresh graphics to reflect the current menswear drive for reliable and wearable clothing.
Edwin has worked on elevating often understated garments with an evergreen colour palette comprising of black, navy, indigo, beige, grey, green and khaki. The neutral colour palette is used to modernise traditional military and workwear silhouettes alongside sportswear references that run throughout the collection. Key outerwear styles include parkas, bombers and flight jackets that are matched to sports-inspired staples including the tartan coach jackets, collegiate sweaters, Henley tops, athletic tees and track pants.
The brand also offers a range of winter staples with upgraded premium details including the signature wool-lined overshirts, crew neck cable knits and cotton chinos.
