The crossroads between sports and style is an increasingly busy place. One brand that has been masterfully trackstanding there since day dot is Pas Normal Studios
Pas Normal Studios has just launched its new AW24 Off-Race collection.
The Danish brand’s long-running lifestyle line tackles everyday essentials with the same design approach that has made its cycling kit some of the best in the game. There’s equal emphasis placed on aesthetics and performance, fusing technical fabrics with contemporary silhouettes, and serving it all up in a seasonally relevant colour palette.
As the brand puts it, the collection is, “the outcome of our dedication to high-quality fabric, construction and production. With functionality and adaptivity in mind, we refine and develop the collection to suit life on and off the bike.”
In addition to performance outerwear, such as the the newly updated Off-Race Down Jacket, which features a Pertex® PFC-free DWR-treated fabric, the extended collection includes a strong foundation of core classics like logo tees, hoodies and accessories.
Pas Normal Studios is one of the leading forces in the fashionisation of cycling. Founder Karl-Oskar Olsen is also one third of the brains behind Wood Wood. His stylish approach to the notoriously stuffy world of cycling kit has helped to bring the thrill of riding bikes to a new, aesthetically-conscious audience.
The Copenhagen-based label sits alongside the likes of MAAP, Albion, Mission Workshop and Universal Colours as one of a growing crop of brands catering to this design-savvy crowd of cyclists.
