Right, to put the Steamery Cirrus to the test we used it on our travels last week. We saw it as the perfect time to test it. To see if it can handle the hastily-thrown-in-a-suitcase-ritual that leads to a mass of crumpled clothes.

It was a situation where the Steamery Steamer came into its own. The diminutive device is pretty lightweight and doesn’t take too much room in a carry-on bag – it's about the same size as a travel hair-dryer – but it really packs a punch when it comes to caring for your clothes.

It’s easy to use, too. Just fill up the tiny water tank in the Steamery Cirrus 2 handle, switch on the device, give it around twenty seconds and you’re good to go. It's a lot quicker than heating an iron, that’s for sure. In terms of its proficiency, you can straighten out around ten shirts in ten minutes. Which is undoubtedly impressive and pretty much impossible if you don’t have a travel steamer to hand.
