The debut collection from two brands pushing the boundaries of form and function

Puma x Heliot Emil have teamed up for their first collaboration. The collection blends Puma’s sportswear heritage with Heliot Emil’s avant-garde, utilitarian design. Heliot Emil, led by Danish brothers Julius and Victor Juul, is known for its monochromatic aesthetic and innovative use of custom materials. The brand pushes the boundaries of form and function with experimental fabrics and hardware, reflecting its Scandinavian roots.

The collection embodies this experimental spirit in Puma’s athletic foundation, resulting in streetwear designed for urban explorers. It favours a monochromatic palette over bright colours, with standout pieces like the Sympatex Jacket featuring a three-layer water-repellent membrane and structural wires for a unique silhouette.

Versatility plays a key role in the collection. The hybrid zip-off pants offer multiple wearing options, and reflective details add both style and visibility. The collection also includes accessories like caps, gloves, and a backpack, which all fit within the overarching utilitarian theme.

Puma x Heliot Emil: The Centrepiece

The highlight of the collection is the Fast-Trac NITRO 3 sneaker, inspired by Iceland's rugged landscapes. The sneaker boasts a breathable knitted upper, a wire-driven fit system, and a custom-designed outsole built for tough terrains. This sneaker exemplifies the fusion of function and fashion, showcasing Heliot Emil’s dedication to exploring the intersection of form and practicality.

This collaboration reflects both brands' forward-thinking approaches, offering a technical upgrade to modern streetwear. Fans of Puma and Heliot Emil will appreciate the collection’s innovative design, functionality, and style.

The capsule collection will be available on 26 October, on Puma.com
