Craving summer? CDLP's latest swimwear collection is about to take that hunger to a whole new level. For spring/summer '23, the Swedish brand, renowned for its cutting-edge essentials, has launched five new styles of cuts and textures – from low-waisted Swim Briefs in knit jersey to mid-length Deck Shorts in panama-weave.

Fusing flattering silhouettes and eye-catching colours with innovative construction, the forward-thinking design encapsulates CDLP's boundary-pushing approach to creating garments that look good, feel good and are made to stand the test of time.

In keeping with its dedicated commitment to sustainability, all of CDLP's swimwear styles are consciously constructed from Econyl – an innovative Italian-sourced nylon fibre regenerated from ocean and landfill waste including fishing nets, fabric scraps, and carpets. Through a game-changing process, the waste is recycled back to its original condition, and can be regenerated infinitely, without ever losing its quality. Not only is Econyl easier on the planet, it's quick-drying and ultra-comfy too, lending a sense of ease to those long beach days or poolside parties.

This clever construction results in a unique texture that gives the swim styles a distinctive appearance. The fabric of the swim shorts and swim trunks is woven to create create a luminous, reflective surface, while the the deck shorts are crafted using a pre-washed panama-weave and swim briefs and box cut briefs (a new addition to CDLP's collection) are cut in a knitted, stretch jersey that has a matte appearance.

The trims in the full swim collection – eyelets, threads and embroidery – are tonal throughout. Choose from a range of elegant, easy-to-wear hues – including Ultramarine, Aquamarine, and Moonstone, as well as a statement-making tiger print – which will look just as good out of the water as in it.
