Headed up by Saif Bakir and Emma Hedlund, who first met in 2004 in London while studying at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion, the brand presents a new image of masculinity by drawing inspiration from youth sub-cultures and the elegance of classic sartorial menswear. And it’s that meticulous blend that has given the brand its air of invincibility – the fact that its most popular pieces are not only classic and extremely wearable, but also entirely unique.

For its latest collection CMMN eschews the monochromatic palettes and clean silhouettes favoured by most Scandinavian brands in preference of high-shine viscose fabrics and playful colours. Its spring offering was inspired by a trip to Marrakech and is rich in dusky, pastel and vibrant hues, including the stand-out Japanese Satin Camel Rodeo Track Jacket, the Dusty Pink Brody Chest Yoke Denim Jacket and the Oatmeal Arthur Print Sweatshirt.
